Prior to Belbiz Tania spent 8 years with the International Finance Corporation leading various projects for private sector development within IFC advisory activities. Tania received her International Executive MBA degree from IE Business School in Madrid.

Anna Znamenskaya is the Chief Growth Officer at Rakuten Viber. She is responsible for leading the global marketing, product growth, business development, PR and analytical teams advocating user in the company and creating consumer-inspired innovations. She plays a key role in Rakuten Viber initiatives to enhance company's capabilities that drive users' database growth worldwide and work closely with revenue team to contribute to the continued synergy of all forces.
Manager, mentor and expert of Startup Visa Lithuania program, according to the program requirements, quality of applications and migration process related questions. Mrs. Sigita has more than 15 years of experience in banking, real estate sectors in such areas as product development, project management, team management, marketing, customer management. Sigita is an active member of Lithuanian Agile association as well.
Dr. Marcus Erken is a founding partner of Sunfish Partners, an early stage VC that invests in Polish deep tech startups. Marcus is also a lecturer in the field of entrepreneurship. He co-lectures two annual university courses, where students can start their own companies.

Michael is the former founder and CEO of FriendlyData, a data analytics company backed by 500 Startups. FriendlyData was acquired by ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) in 2018.
Currently, he is an accredited investor and also he runs a company builder and actively advise tech startups that change enterprise with data-network effects and deep technology.

Kate is a part of the Investment and Portfolio team at 500 Startups, where she works closely with Venture Partners and the rest of the Investment Team, sources deals and provides mentorship support during the Accelerator Program. Kate also manages deals post-investment where she processes financings, acquisitions, and follow-on investments, and is a liaison between portfolio companies and legal, finance and the investment teams. Before joining the Investment and Portfolio team, Kate managed 500's flagship Seed Accelerator program in San Francisco, where she built the program content, managed recruitment, onboarding, logistics and operations processes. Kate is from Ukraine where she helped launch one of the first Accelerators in the country and worked primarily with startups, helped them with fundraising, and organized numerous internal and international events. Before she joined 500 startups, she worked at a Bay Area-based online education startup as the co-founder.
Ihar is an Engineering Manager, Team Lead, Software Engineer with a broad skillset on technical, product and people side.
Experienced in leading projects: strategy, cross-team collaboration, prioritization, teamwork, architecture, product, hiring. He is interested in projects that involve data analysis, signals extraction, data processing, ranking.

Mikita is an entrepreneur, executive, and former engineer. He works on, makes speeches and writes about running self-sustaining companies doing innovative things in technology and business.

Roberta Rudokienė works with startups for about 3 years already giving consultations, organizing different events and trainings. Mrs Rudokienė has an experience of more than 15 years in management positions, working at such Lithuanian companies as Siemens Arena, Vilniaus Baldai, the former Lietuvos Telekomas (currently – Telia). Her experience covers such areas as strategic planning, marketing, sales, project management, team leadership, and staff development and professional education.
Tomas Uribe is an entrepreneur, composer and developer, co-founder and CEO of Stereotheque, a market network that empowers young creatives with a suite of tools to help them land job opportunities and connect with professionals in music, media and entertainment. Tomas has been featured in INC. Magazine, Wired, USA Weekly and an invited speaker at SXSW (2017, 2018), MIT Innovators Under 35, MusicBiz, Music Entrepreneur Conference at Harvard University, LakeFX and Colombia 4.0. With Stereotheque, a NY-based venture-backed startup, he has been awarded by MIT Technology Review, the IADB, and IDARTES (Colombia), among other recognitions. Prior to Stereotheque, he worked as a touring musician and composer, as well as with global brands including Radeberger Gruppe, Leica Camera, Qualcomm, and at the United Nations.

Mike King is the First Secretary, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Investment for Eastern Europe and Central Asia Network (EECAN), based in Istanbul. His role provides resource and management oversight of 14 countries (including Belarus). His role is to ensure that the trade and investment vision of Her Majesty's Trade Commissioner is delivered. Mike has visited Belarus to meet with companies looking to expand their operations to the UK and he continue to support these companies. His role is to help companies understand what free services his team can offer such as market analysis, funding/grants set-up, bank account opening, visas etc. Mike can also help explain the ecosystem such as why the UK is number 1 in Europe for inward foreign direct investment and why it is home to the largest venture capital market in Europe and the third biggest globally.
